Application:
FREE BIRD PUR8667 is a PUR hot melt adhesive for lamination applications, suitable for bonding PVC, PET, paper, aluminum film, and other decorative materials to melamine board, multilayer board, crust board, carbon board, and other panel substrates.

Characteristics:
Provides strong initial tack and high final bonding strength, with excellent compatibility across a wide range of materials. It delivers a smooth surface finish, reliable processing, and durable bonding performance under varying temperature conditions.

• Polymer basis : Polyurethane

• Viscosity at 130°C(mPas) : 7,000 - 9,000

• Coating weight : 20-60 g/m^2

• Open time /25°C : 3~10 mins

• Complete curing time : 24 ~72 hours

• Temperature resistance : -40 - 120°C

• Application temperature : 130- 150°C

Packaging & Storage: in a 20/ 200 kg net steel drum package. 

Shelf life: 12 months, in original package, cool and dry.
