FREE BIRD 6020AS is a premium-grade spine hot melt adhesive for bookbinding applications, suitable for offset papers and lightweight art papers. It provides reliable bonding and stable processing for high-quality book production.

Provides excellent bonding strength, good flexibility, and stable processing for high-volume printing and bookbinding production.

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 160°C: 5,000–6,500 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 80–90°C

• Appearance: Opaque white granules

• Application Temperature: 150–170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags per pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
