FREE BIRD 6030 is a cost-effective spine hot melt adhesive for perfect binding of softcover books, textbooks, and similar publications.

Characteristics:
Provides strong bonding, good flexibility, and stable processing for commercial printing and bookbinding production.

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 160°C: 5,000–6,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–95°C

• Appearance: Opaque white granules

• Application Temperature: 150–180°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags per pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
