Application:
FREE BIRD 6092 is a versatile hot melt adhesive for bookbinding applications, ideal for magazines, commercial printing, and printshop work. It is suitable for paper weights up to 200 gsm, providing reliable bonding and stable processing across a wide range of jobs.

Characteristics:
Provides strong bonding, good flexibility, and excellent lay-flat performance on a wide range of paper stocks. Its clear melt and low-odor processing help achieve clean, reliable bookbinding results.

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 160°C: 6,000–8,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–100°C

• Appearance: Clear, translucent granules

• Application Temperature: 150–180°C

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
