Application:
FREE BIRD 6150 is a jelly glue for hardcover book and rigid box production, designed for laminating paper, leather, foil, fabric, and other covering materials onto solid chipboard. It provides reliable bonding and smooth processing for high-quality hardcover and packaging applications.

Characteristics:
Provides strong adhesion, good flexibility, and stable processing for laminating, lining, folding, and board wrapping. Suitable for both automatic and manual equipment.

• Polymer Base: Gelatin

• Viscosity at 60°C: 1,200–1,500 mPa·s

• Dilution Ratio: 5–10%

• Open Time: 30–90 seconds

• Appearance: Translucent amber jelly blocks

• Application Temperature: 60–65°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg per box, 40 boxes per pallet. 

Shelf life: 12 months, in original package, cool and dry.
