Application:
FREE BIRD PUR6318 is a single-component moisture-curing PUR hot melt adhesive for bookbinding applications. Designed for bookbinding machines equipped with PUR applicators, it provides strong, durable bonding and reliable performance for demanding book production.

Characteristics:
Provides strong initial tack and high final bond strength with a flexible adhesive layer. After curing, it offers excellent peel strength, heat and moisture resistance, and durable bonding performance.

• Polymer Base: Polyurethane (PUR)

• Viscosity at 120°C: Approx. 60,000 mPa·s

• Open Time: Approx. 30 seconds

• Complete Curing Time: 2–4 hours

• Appearance: White to slightly yellow solid

• Application Temperature: 110–140°C

Packaging & Storage: Available in 2 kg bags, 20 kg drums, and 200 kg drums.

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
