Cleaning Agent for Edge Banding

Application: 

FREE BIRD Cleaning Agent is designed for edge banding machines to remove adhesive residues and processing contaminants from edgebands and panel surfaces. Applied through an automatic spray system before buffing or scraping, it helps achieve a clean, smooth finish while cooling the edgeband and glue line.

Characteristics:
Effectively removes adhesive residues, improves surface cleanliness, and supports a consistent finished appearance during automatic edge banding. Suitable for continuous and high-speed production lines.

Separating Agent for Edge Banding

Application: 

FREE BIRD Separating Agent is designed for edge banding machines and is applied to the top and bottom panel surfaces before trimming. It forms a temporary protective film that helps prevent squeezed-out hot melt adhesive from sticking to the panel, making subsequent cleaning easier and helping maintain a clean finished surface.

Characteristics:
Helps prevent adhesive buildup and surface contamination during edge banding, reducing cleaning effort and supporting efficient, consistent production.
