Application: 

FREE BIRD Clean-100 is a hot melt adhesive cleaner for melting tanks, glue pots, hoses, and coating equipment. It helps remove dirt, carbonized adhesive, and burned hot melt residues, keeping equipment clean and supporting stable adhesive processing.

Usage: 

Drain the melting tank and remove as much old adhesive residue as possible with a wooden spatula. Add the cleaning agent and allow it to melt completely. Heat to 160–180°C and maintain for approximately 30 minutes. Drain the cleaner thoroughly and ensure all cleaning residue is removed before restarting production.
