Application: 

FREE BIRD PUR-100 is a PUR hot melt adhesive cleaner for flushing PUR application systems and removing adhesive residues from hoses, melters, pumps, and nozzles. Its blue color makes it easy to distinguish from PUR adhesive, helping operators clearly monitor the flushing process and confirm thorough cleaning.

Usage: 

Drain as much remaining PUR adhesive as possible from the application system. Fill the unit with PUR-100 cleaner and heat to 100–140°C until fully melted. Allow the cleaner to circulate through the pump, hose, and nozzle until the remaining adhesive has been completely flushed out. Remove all cleaning agent before restarting production.
