Application:
FREE BIRD B01 is a yellow hot melt glue stick for a wide range of general-purpose applications, including DIY crafts, shoes, toys, packaging, and household repairs. It is suitable for use with standard hot melt glue guns and bonds well to many common materials.

Characteristics:
Provides strong adhesion and cohesion with good flexibility and reliable bonding performance. Offers good oxidation and color stability, helping maintain a consistent transparent yellow appearance. Uniform stick diameter, smooth surface, and consistent size support stable feeding and easy application.

Specification:

• Polymer basis : Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 180°C: 7,500–8,500 mPa·s

• Softening point : >78°C

• Supply form : Transparent yellow

• Application temperature :120-150°C

General guidance: Supporting glue gun (suggested service power 60-80W). Available in diameters 7mm or 11mm, length 270mm or 300 mm

Packaging & Storage: in 25 kg carton box. 40 boxes/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
