FREE BIRD 818S is a cost-effective hot melt adhesive for automatic edge banding, suitable for bonding PVC, ABS, paper, and veneer edge bands. It delivers stable processing and reliable bonding across a wide range of feed speeds.

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 200°C: 50,000–60,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–100°C

• Appearance: Opaque white granules

• Application Temperature: 180–210°C
