Application:
FREE BIRD 816A is a premium option for high-speed automatic edge banding, suitable for bonding PVC, ABS, paper, veneer, and other common edge bands. It is designed for premium furniture production requiring strong bonding, efficient adhesive consumption, and a clean finished appearance.

Characteristics: 

Provides excellent adhesion, high adhesive yield, and stable machinability for high-speed edge banding. Its clean application and nearly invisible glue line help achieve a refined, premium edge finish. (Comparable to Jowat 288.70)

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 200°C: 50,000–60,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–100°C

• Appearance: Opaque white granules

• Application Temperature: 180–210°C
