Application:
FREE BIRD 812A is a premium hot melt adhesive for high-speed automatic edge banding, suitable for bonding PVC, ABS, paper, veneer, and other common edge bands. It is designed for premium furniture production requiring strong bonding, high adhesive yield, and a clean finished appearance.

Characteristics: 

Provides high bonding strength, excellent durability, and stable machinability at high production speeds. Its high adhesive yield and nearly invisible glue line help deliver efficient production and a refined edge finish. (Comparable to Jowat 280.50)

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 200°C: 70,000–80,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–100°C

• Appearance: Light beige granules

• Application Temperature: 180–210°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
