Application:

FREE BIRD 812S is a premium unfilled hot melt adhesive for high-speed automatic edge banding, suitable for bonding PVC, ABS, paper, veneer, and other common edge bands. Its unfilled formulation helps achieve a cleaner, finer glue line with strong bonding and a premium finished appearance.

Characteristics:
Provides excellent adhesion, clear melting, and stable machinability for high-speed edge banding. Its transparent appearance and low-odor processing help create a clean, nearly invisible glue line for premium furniture finishes. (Comparable to Jowat 280.58)

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 200°C: 60,000–70,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–100°C

• Open Time: Approx. 20 seconds

• Appearance: Clear, transparent granules

• Application Temperature: 180–210°C

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
