Application:
FREE BIRD 826L is a high-performance hot melt adhesive for high-speed automatic edge banding, suitable for bonding PVC, ABS, paper, veneer, and other common edge bands. It delivers strong, durable bonding, stable processing, and high adhesive yield at 180–210°C. 

Characteristics: 

Provide a good balance of cost and performance, with excellent adhesion and durability, suitable for a wide range of machine speeds (> 12m/min) (Comparable to Jowat 284.70)

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 200°C: 50,000–60,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 90–100°C

• Appearance: Opaque white granules

• Application Temperature: 180–210°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
