Application:
FREE BIRD PUR6818 Granules is a granular PUR hot melt adhesive for edge banding, supplied in convenient 500 g aluminum foil pouches for small- and medium-volume production. It is designed for automatic and compact edge banding machines, providing strong and durable bonding for furniture edge banding applications.

Characteristics:
The granular form can be processed in conventional glue pots without dedicated PUR melting equipment, making it convenient for smaller production lines and flexible operations. It provides strong initial tack, excellent final bond strength, and a moderate open time. The moisture-curing polyurethane system develops durable adhesion after curing.
