Application:
FREE BIRD 1085 is a hot melt adhesive for pocket spring mattress production, designed for bonding and assembling innerspring pockets made from PP, PE, and other nonwoven fabrics.

Characteristics:
Provides excellent adhesion to PP and PE nonwoven materials, with good sprayability, fast setting, and low odor. Designed for clean, efficient application on automatic pocket spring mattress production lines.

Specification:

• Polymer basis : Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 160°C: 2,500 - 3,500mPa·s

• Softening point : 90-100°C

• Setting time: 5 seconds (at 25°c)

• Supply form : Yellow/ clear transparent in granule

• Application temperature :150-170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags per pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
