Application:
FREE BIRD 1087 is a polyolefin (PO) hot melt adhesive for mattress lamination and assembly, suitable for bonding foam, cotton, nonwoven fabrics, and other common mattress materials.

Characteristics:
Provides excellent adhesion to foam, nonwoven materials, and fabrics, with high hot tack and good substrate penetration. Its excellent heat resistance and durable bonding performance make it suitable for demanding mattress production applications.

Specification:

• Polymer basis: Polyolefin

• Viscosity at 180°C: 2,500 mPa·s

• Softening point: 120°C

• Supply form: Translucent clear pillows

• Application temperature: 150–170°C

• Application method: Spray or slot nozzle applicators

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry.
