Application:

FREE BIRD 3191 is a membrane press adhesive for vacuum pressing applications, suitable for bonding PVC and vinyl films to MDF, particleboard, and other wood-based panels. It is ideal for cabinet doors, interior doors, and decorative furniture panels.

Characteristics:
Provides strong adhesion to PVC and vinyl films, with reliable bonding to MDF and particleboard. Offers good heat and water resistance for durable membrane press applications.

Specification:

• Polymer basis : Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 25°C: 1,800–2,000 mPa·s

• Solid content : 50 +/- 2%

• Supply form : White emulsion

• Application temperature : 25°C (room temperature)

Packaging & Storage: 20 kg net weight, in plastic drum (24 drums/ pallet). 

Shelf life: 12 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
