Application:
FREE BIRD 5090 is a rubber-based hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for high-speed bottle labeling, specially designed for PET bottles and other common beverage packaging applications.

Characteristics:
Provides high transparency, strong initial tack, excellent peel strength, and reliable holding power for PET bottle labeling. It maintains stable bonding performance under cold and humid conditions and supports fast, efficient operation on high-speed automatic labeling lines.

• Polymer basis: SBC

• Viscosity at 140°C: 1,000–1,500 mPa·s

• Softening point: 80 ± 5°C

• Supply form: Translucent clear pillows

• Application temperature: 130–150°C

• Application method: Spray or slot nozzle applicators

Packaging & Storage: in a 25 kg box. 40 boxess/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry.
