Application:
FREE BIRD 5080 is a rubber-based hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for courier bags and flexible packaging applications, suitable for bonding PE/PP films, nonwoven fabrics, and other common packaging materials.

Characteristics:
Low odor and free of fluorescent additives. Provides strong adhesion, good thermal stability, and low adhesive consumption. Its low viscosity and excellent melt flow support fast, efficient application on high-speed packaging lines.

• Polymer basis: SBC

• Viscosity at 150°C: 12,000 mPa s

• Softening point: 85 ± 5°C

• Supply form: Light yellow pillows

• Application temperature: 140 - 160°C

• Process: Spray / slot nozzles applicators

Packaging & Storage: in a 25 kg box. 40 boxess/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry.
