Application:

FREE BIRD 5070 is a low-temperature resistant hot melt adhesive for packaging applications, suitable for bonding cartons, trays, and folding boxes, including printed and lacquered surfaces. It provides reliable bonding and stable performance in refrigerated and frozen storage conditions.

Characteristics: A high-performance metallocene adhesive offering excellent bond strength, enhanced cold flexibility, and heat resistance. (Comparable to Technomelt Supra 100 cool)

Specification:

• Polymer basis: Polyolefin

• Viscosity at 160°C: 1,000 - 2,000mPa s

• Softening point: 110-115°C

• Setting time/25°C: ＜5 sec

• Supply form: White, translucent melt in granules

• Application temperature: 150-170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
