Application:
FREE BIRD 638G is a hot melt adhesive for straw attachment on beverage cartons, suitable for bonding straws to paper, OPP, PE film, and other coated surfaces used on milk, juice, and beverage packaging.

Characteristics:
Provides excellent adhesion and wetting performance with good cold resistance. Offers clean application with minimal stringing and low odor, making it suitable for efficient automated beverage packaging lines.

• Polymer basis : Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 160°C : 4,500 - 5,500 mPas

• Softening point : 85-95°C

• Supply form : White translucent in granule

• Application temperature :150-170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
