Application:
FREE BIRD 5020 is a reliable hot melt adhesive for packaging applications, suitable for bonding cartons, trays, folding boxes, paper bag handles, and other paper-based packaging materials. It provides stable processing and strong bonding for efficient packaging production.

Characteristics:

Provides strong adhesion, fast setting, good thermal stability, and reliable temperature resistance for efficient packaging production. (Comparable to Technomelt 3183)

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 160°C: 1,500–2,500 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 110–115°C

• Appearance: Transparent yellow granules

• Application Temperature: 150–170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg per non-woven bag, 40 bags per pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
