Application:

FREE BIRD 5050 is a hot melt adhesive for EPE packaging applications, suitable for bonding EPE foam, boards, and other cushioning materials. It provides reliable bonding for protective packaging and helps improve product cushioning and impact protection.

Characteristics: Excellent bonding property, fast curing with good thermal stability and temperature resistance. Minimal odor and smell.

• Polymer basis : Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 160°C (mPas) : 8,000 - 9,000

• Softening point : 85-95°C

• Supply form : White translucent in granule

• Application temperature :150-170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
