Application:

FREE BIRD 5130 is a hot melt adhesive for paper bag handle bonding, suitable for a wide range of paper substrates. It provides strong adhesion and reliable processing for efficient paper bag production.

Characteristics: 

Strong bonding performance with excellent thermal stability and temperature resistance. Designed for stable, efficient processing on high-speed automated packaging lines.

Specification:

• Polymer basis: Ethylene-VInyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 160°C: 1,500 - 2,500 mPa s

• Softening point: 110 - 115°C

• Open time /25°C: < 5 sec

• Supply form: Yellow, translucent granules

• Application temperature: 150 - 170 °C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg net weight per non-woven bag. 40 bags/ pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
