Application:
FREE BIRD 5060 is a high-performance hot melt adhesive for packaging applications, suitable for bonding cartons, trays, and folding boxes, including printed and lacquered surfaces. It provides reliable bonding and stable processing for demanding packaging production.

Characteristics:
Provides strong adhesion, high bond heat resistance, excellent thermal stability, and good resistance to oxidation. Its low-odor and low-smoke processing makes it suitable for efficient automated packaging lines. (Comparable to Technomelt Supra 100)

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Polyolefin

• Viscosity at 160°C: 1,500–2,500 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 110–115°C

• Appearance: White translucent granules

• Application Temperature: 150–170°C

Packaging & Storage: 25 kg per non-woven bag, 40 bags per pallet. 

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
