Application: 

FREE BIRD 8630A is a hot melt adhesive for profile wrapping applications, suitable for wrapping solid wood, particleboard, and MDF profiles or frames with veneer, CPL, and other decorative materials.

Characteristics: 

Provides strong bonding, good heat and solvent resistance, clean melting and low odor for stable profile wrapping production.

Specification:

• Polymer Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

• Viscosity at 180°C: 15,000–20,000 mPa·s

• Softening Point: 80–90°C

• Appearance: Clear, transparent granules

• Application Temperature: 180–210°C

• Application Method: Roller applicator

Shelf life: 24 months, in original package, cool and dry (15-35°C).
