Application:
FREE BIRD 828J is a hot melt adhesive for manual straight and contour edge banding, designed for stable, continuous processing at low application temperatures of 130–150°C.

Characteristics:
Provides excellent adhesion, high adhesive yield, and reliable thermal stability for consistent manual edge banding performance. Comparable to Jowat 282.20.

Specification:

• Polymer basis: Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 180°C: 20,000–30,000 mPa·s

• Softening point: 85–90°C

• Supply form: Natural white granules

• Application temperature: 130–150°C

Packaging & Storage:
Packed in 25 kg non-woven bags. 

Shelf life: 24 months when stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at 15–35°C.
