Application:
FREE BIRD 8062 is an unfilled hot melt adhesive for manual and contour edge banding, designed for low-temperature processing at 130–150°C. It is suitable for applications requiring clean melting, strong bonding, and efficient adhesive use.

Characteristics:
Provides excellent bond strength and high adhesive yield with clear melting and good oxidation stability. Its unfilled formulation supports clean processing and a refined finished appearance.

Specification:

• Polymer basis: Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 180°C: 9,000–10,000 mPa·s

• Softening point: 85–95°C

• Supply form: Transparent yellow granules

• Application temperature: 130–150°C

Packaging & Storage:
Packed in 25 kg non-woven bags. 

Shelf life: 24 months when stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at 15–35°C.
