Application:
FREE BIRD 8083 is a hot melt adhesive for veneer splicing and jointing in plywood production, suitable for joining veneer sheets of various thicknesses with polyester yarn.

Characteristics:
Provides strong, consistent veneer joints with good machinability and fast setting. Designed for stable processing across different veneer thicknesses, helping improve splicing efficiency and joint quality.

Specification:

• Polymer basis: Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate

• Viscosity at 140°C: 35,000–45,000 mPa·s

• Softening point: 90–100°C

• Setting time: 5 seconds at 25°C

• Supply form: Translucent yellow granules

• Application temperature: 150–170°C

Packaging & Storage:
Packed in 25 kg non-woven bags. 40 bags per pallet. Shelf life: 24 months when stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at 15–35°C.
