Cleaning agent (EDGE-BANDING)

Application: Applied via an automatic spray nozzle system before the buffing wheels or surface scraper to remove adhesive residues and processing agents. It improves the surface finish of the edgeband and panel while providing a cooling effect on the edgeband and glue line.

Perfect for high-speed edge-banding machines, this adhesive offers strong adhesion at 180-210°C, ensuring durability and high yield with various edging materials. (Reference to Jowat 284.70)

SEPERATING AGENT (EDGE-BANDING)

Application: Applied via the spray nozzle system to the top and bottom surfaces of the panel before the trimming unit. Forms a temporary protective film that prevents adhesive squeeze-out from adhering to the panel surface.
